Terms and Conditions for Q-Manager Online Queue Management Service

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the Q-Manager Online Queue Management Service ("Service") provided by Q-Manager, and constitute a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Q-Manager. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you should not use the Service.

1.Account Registration:
a. In order to use the Service, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
c. You agree to immediately notify Q-Manager of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

2. Service Usage:
a. The Service allows you to manage queues and appointments for your organization.
b. You agree to use the Service only for its intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
c. You shall not use the Service in any way that may disrupt, damage, or impair the Service or its functionality.
d. Q-Manager reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service, or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities:
a. You are solely responsible for all content and data that you upload, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Service.
b. You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
c. Q-Manager does not claim ownership of the content you submit, but you grant Q-Manager a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display such content for the purpose of providing the Service.
d. You acknowledge that Q-Manager may access, preserve, and disclose your account information and content if required to do so by law or in good faith belief that such access, preservation, or disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process or protect the rights, property, or safety of Q-Manager, its users, or the public.

4. Intellectual Property:
a. All intellectual property rights in the Service and its components are owned by Q-Manager or its licensors.
b. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Service or any part thereof without the express written permission of Q-Manager.

5. Privacy:
a. Q-Manager respects your privacy and handles your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
b. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability:
a. Q-Manager shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Service.
b. Q-Manager's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

6. Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Q-Manager, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation
